“Cognac, cinnamon, and dark plum over vanilla — Angels' Share traced almost note for note.”
Angels' Share is the boozy cognac-and-cinnamon gourmand that made By Kilian a household name — and the reason it's one of the most-cloned niche scents on the market. Royal Blend is the budget clone that actually traces it: cognac and cinnamon up top, a dark plum most copies drop, then the vanilla-tonka-sandalwood base that gives the original its whiskey-bar warmth. It reads dense and expensive, not cheap.
At $25–$60 it's a tenth of the $250-plus Kilian and the most accurate Angels' Share stand-in we've found. If the whole boozy-gourmand lane is what you're after, this is the entry point — and we ranked five more of them, from Khamrah to an extrait powerhouse, on the full list. See the full breakdown.
