Privacy
Short version: we don't collect anything directly. No accounts, no newsletter signups, no cookies set by us. When you click an affiliate link or load a page, third parties may see the click — here's who and why.
What we collect
Nothing directly. The Last Spritz doesn't have user accounts, a comment system, or a newsletter. We don't set our own tracking cookies and we don't run ad networks.
Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party services to keep the site running and pay the bills. Each one has its own privacy policy.
- Amazon Associates. When you click an Amazon link and complete a purchase, Amazon attributes the sale to us via their cookie. Amazon's privacy policy covers what they collect on their end.
- Rakuten Advertising (FragranceNet). FragranceNet affiliate links route through Rakuten's LinkSynergy tracker, which sets a cookie to attribute commission on any purchase you make. Rakuten's privacy policy covers that tracking.
- Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights. Our hosting provider runs lightweight, cookieless page-view and performance analytics. No personal data is collected; Vercel aggregates visit counts and page-load timings.
Managing cookies
Affiliate tracking cookies from Amazon and Rakuten are what make the whole thing work — if you block them, we just don't get paid for the referral. Your browsing experience on the retailer site is identical either way. Every browser has settings to block or clear third-party cookies if you'd rather opt out.
