Despite the name, amber rather than oud leads Lattafa's 2022 Eternal Oud: plum opens over a powdery floral heart, settling on an amber and vanilla base with oud in the background. Sweet and powdery facets sit behind the amber. Its amber-resin profile is often compared to Maison Francis Kurkdjian's Grand Soir (2016). Wears strongest in winter and fall, evening-leaning.
